
A Carson City man was arrested early Wednesday morning for felony parole violation after Carson City Sheriff Deputies found him hiding in the closet of his underage girlfriend.
According to the arrest report, Nathaniel Andrew Bailey, 20, was arrested just after midnight in the 3400 block of South Carson Street after the owners of the residence reported to the sheriff's office that the subject was possibly residing in the girl's bedroom.
Deputies arrived on the scene and found Bailey hiding under some blankets in the closet. Bailey had one felony and two misdemeanor warrants for his arrest, and was no longer living at the address he is listed at in the sex offender registry. He was convicted of statutory sexual seduction in December 2010.
Bailey was arrested for felony probation violation, felony failure to register as a sex offender, misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and two misdemeanor probation warrants. He was held without bail.
