The Carson City Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a missing person. Joseph Allen Vineis, 24, was last seen April 20 in Carson City. Joseph has a history of depression, said Carson City Sheriff's Detective Sam Hatley. He may be driving a silver 2005 Toyota Camry with Nevada license plates 881LYY.
