Carson City Sheriff deputies arrested Ronald James Taylor, 40, on a felony warrant out of Iowa that alleges he had sex multiple times with an eight-year-old girl in 2009 and 2010.
Deputies found Taylor at his residence in the 1400 block of North Edmonds on Tuesday and took him into custody. His bail was set at $50,000.

- Thalia Reed Dean, 19, was arrested Tuesday for felony possession of heroin, and misdemeanor possession of a hypodermic needle and drug paraphernalia, and a misdemeanor warrant for violation of suspended sentence. Her bail was set at $5,364.
- James Robert Donovan was taken into custody after surrendering himself at the Carson City Jail on a felony fugitive from justice warrant out of El Dorado County, Calif. He was held without bail.
