According to the arrest report, patrol officers with the Carson City Sheriff's Office Special Enforcement Team were in the area of Rand when they observed a Chevy Corvette traveling north without a working license plate light.

Intelligence received was that Buckles was involved in the sale of illegal narcotics, and therefore a K9 was called to assist in the traffic stop, the arrest report states. A search of the vehicle revealed the presence of a small jar of marijuana, a marijuana pipe, a methamphetamine pipe, electronic scale, several folded pieces of paper made into bindles and a single morphine pill. A swab test of the scale showed a presumptive positive for methamphetamine. Bail for Buckles: $3,699. Bail for the woman on the misdemeanor charges: $1,864.

The man was stopped by a Carson City deputy for not coming to a complete stop at the stop line, the arrest report states. The man was asked to provide his name and ID in which he said he didn't have identification on him.

When he provided the deputy his name he only gave a partial name. The man told the officer his identification is out of California. The officer was able to come up with information including a warrant for his arrest out of Lyon County for a recent home invasion and a warrant out of Carson City. Bail: $3,474.

Those arrested and facing charges are innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
