A 60-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 10:10 p.m., Oct. 3, on the I-580 Freeway near Highway 50 East.
According to the arrest report, Carson City patrol officers stopped the man driving a Ford pickup because it didn't have plates and registration.
The man did have a valid moving permit for the vehicle issued by Nevada DMV. However he did not have a valid driver's license and any insurance in the vehicle.
He faces misdemeanor charges of not having a valid driver's license, no proof of insurance and a warrant out of Dayton Justice Court for failure to pay a fine. Bail: $1,258.
In other arrests:
— A 24-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 10:10 p.m. Oct. 3, in the area of Koontz near the water tower. He faces a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear on a traffic warrant issued out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $1,595.
— A 19-year-old transient was booked into Carson City Jail at 9:55 a.m. Oct. 3. He faces misdemeanor charge of being in violation of a suspended sentence out of Carson City Justice Court. Bail: $1,000.
Those arrested and facing charges are innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
