Carson City Sheriff's deputies arrested a Carson City man on a felony warrant for sexual assault and lewdness with a child under 14 years of age.
According to the arrest report, Robert Scott Proctor, 53, was arrested Friday night at his home on Condor Circle. His bail was set at $500,000.
Other arrests:
— Laura Musgrave, 35, was arrested for felony charge indecent exposure, 1800 block of Mountain St. The arresting deputy retrieved written statement from a witness that the accused was urinating by their vehicle. Bail: $5,000
— A 26-year old female, Jessica Riley was arrested for felony possession of drugs and controlled substances, in addition to misdemeanor disorderly conduct and violation of bail conditions. Bail: $5000
-A male, Christopher Bennett, was arrested in the area of Gordonia Dr, for felony burglary on Friday night. He was allegedly trespassing and stealing from his grandmother to “use it to do drugs”. Bail: $25,000
